When you install, access, and play the Application, certain information may be collected automatically or provided in connection with your use. Such information may include:

  • The Internet Protocol address assigned to your device
  • Information about the Application screens or pages you access, including access dates, times, and the approximate duration of visits
  • The amount of time you spend using the Application
  • The mobile operating system installed on your device

Cookies and tracking technologies

Thunder Trophy Quest and technologies provided through certain third-party SDKs may employ cookies, pixels, SDKs, and comparable tracking mechanisms for analytics, functionality, and service-related purposes. When applicable law requires permission for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will request the necessary consent before such technologies are activated.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to obtain access to personal information maintained about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, or ask for its deletion. If you wish to exercise these rights or revoke consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, you can contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have rights concerning the personal information collected about them, including the right to request information about its collection and use, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. Requests concerning CCPA/CPRA rights may be submitted to the Service Provider at [email protected].

The Service Provider may use information you submit to provide important communications, legally required notifications, service-related messages, and, where permitted by applicable law, promotional or marketing communications.

To provide certain functions and improve your experience with the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to supply information that can identify you. Any information requested for these purposes will be maintained and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Information that has been combined, anonymized, or otherwise processed so that it does not directly identify an individual may periodically be provided to external service providers. Such information can be used to evaluate, maintain, and improve the Application and related services. The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties when permitted and in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider and selected third-party providers may process or transfer personal information in locations outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When applicable regulations require protection for international transfers, appropriate legal safeguards will be used.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) recognized by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions or another legally permitted transfer method
  • Consent from the individual where such consent is legally necessary and permitted

Privacy regulations can vary between countries and may provide protections different from those available in your jurisdiction. Where required, the Service Provider will implement suitable safeguards and obtain any legally required authorization before transferring personal information.

Please be aware that Thunder Trophy Quest may incorporate third-party services that establish their own rules regarding the collection and processing of information. The relevant privacy policies for third-party services used by the Application include:

The Service Provider may provide User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information to other parties in circumstances such as:

  • when disclosure is necessary to satisfy a legal requirement, court order, subpoena, or comparable lawful procedure;
  • when the Service Provider reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to defend its rights, protect your safety or the safety of another person, address suspected fraudulent activity, or comply with a government authority;
  • to service providers and contractors that perform authorized functions for the Service Provider, have no separate right to use the disclosed information for their own purposes, and are required to follow appropriate privacy and confidentiality obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

You may prevent additional information from being collected through the Application by removing Thunder Trophy Quest from your mobile device. Uninstalling the Application prevents it from continuing to collect information from that device, but information previously transferred to the Service Provider or third-party providers may remain subject to their applicable retention practices.

For requests concerning deletion of personal information, withdrawal of consent, or any other applicable privacy right, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider keeps personal information for periods determined by the purpose for which it was collected and by applicable legal requirements:

  • User Provided Data: Normally retained while you use the Application and for up to 12 months after your use ends, unless a longer period is legally required
  • Automatically Collected Data: Generally retained for no more than 24 months after the date of collection, unless additional retention is necessary for legal purposes
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained without a fixed expiration period because it can no longer reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual
  • Data required for legal compliance: Stored for the period mandated by applicable laws or regulations

You may submit a request to have your personal information deleted, although certain information may need to be retained when required by law. If you want the Service Provider to remove User Provided Data submitted through the Application, please email [email protected]. Please understand that deleting certain information may affect the availability or proper operation of some Application features.

Children

Thunder Trophy Quest is not directed toward children younger than 13 years old, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

If applicable law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without obtaining that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that such information has been submitted by a child, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it from its systems without undue delay. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of information handled through the Application. Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include physical protections, technical controls, and organizational or procedural safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Data Breach Notification

Should a security incident result in a breach involving your personal information, the Service Provider will provide notification when required by applicable law. Where legally necessary, such notification may describe the general nature of the incident and the measures being taken to investigate, contain, or address it.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in the Application, applicable regulations, technologies, or data-handling practices. When significant changes are made, the Service Provider will publish the revised policy together with an updated effective date. If applicable law requires consent for a material change, that consent will be obtained before the change becomes effective.

Earlier versions of this Privacy Policy may be retained and can be requested by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-09-26.

Your Consent

When consent is required as the legal basis for processing, you indicate your agreement by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature or provide the requested permission. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully completed before the withdrawal. Information processed under another lawful basis will continue to be handled as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
